Fantastic Stay!
easy access fine coral reefs helpful reception relaxing atmosphere
The beach access was GREAT with fine coral reefs easily accessible. Snorkeling was lovely. Hany at reception was helpful during checkout. The resort was Super clean and beautifully maintained. I especially enjoyed the delicious food!!!
The gym equipment could use some updating. The air conditioning wasn't working well .

The reception staff offered assistance during check-in and check-out, ensuring all processes were smooth and swift. The cleaning staff was thorough. They maintained rooms and public areas in perfect condition daily, which I appreciated. Waiters were attentive at each meal.

My room had two comfortable twin beds and included a balcony overlooking the sea. This provided great views. Air conditioning kept the space cool. There was also a safe for storing valuables. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. It had fresh towels every day.

coral reefs and attentive staff
coral reefs towel art
the private beach had amazing coral reefs! i spent hours snorkeling. the staff were very helpful, especially mostafa, who kept our room super clean and even surprised us with towel art.

fresh towels well-kept gardens abundant ocean life
The room cleaner provided fresh towels. He also made animal shapes with them. I saw a swan and a monkey. The hotel grounds feature well-kept gardens and super clean paths, it gave a luxurious feel. It was pretty cool. The private beach was amazing. It was great for snorkeling, the underwater life was abundant!
The gym was fairly basic. I had to wait for the treadmill, it took a little longer than I would've liked.

maintained ground luxurious feel clean room lobby access disrespectful security missing jacket
The hotel grounds are superbly maintained. The gardens give the resort a luxurious feel. The rooms are clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed the service at the restaurant.
I forgot my jacket in the room. Security refused to let me into the lobby without my ID. The security guard. This felt disrespectful. I hope things improve.

inconsistent experience
stale fish unacceptable food quality
the hotel location is advantageous.
i found the food quality unacceptable. the flavor was off, and the fish at the italian restaurant was stale causing me to vomit. the wifi worked only in the lobby.

Acceptable stay at the facility
cuisine quality food variety lush greenery poor sound isolation broken furniture rule violation
The main international restaurant offered a high quality cuisine. A great variety of food was available. Greenery throughout the resort was lush because of many gardeners. Staff members were always ready to help guests.
I noticed that sound isolation in the rooms was not adequate. I could hear noises from the hallway. The hotel applied a rule to exchange beach towels. This rule was not respected. Some furniture was broken in the bathroom.
